Hot Tub fresh water supply and drain installation
"I wanted to have a both a fresh water supply and a drain extension put into my garden so that I had a simple way to fill and empty my hot tub, which is far away from my house and any of the existing taps and drains.
Mark came to have a look, sent me a quote, explained how he had arrived at the price, and then allowed me time to decide. I never felt pressured and the way he answered my questions felt like a son or father would answer... a real family, caring feeling.
The work was completed within days of me giving the go ahead, and it clearly wasn't easy for Mark and his boys. But they kept me informed, showed me the progress and I almost felt involved and proud of them myself... a bit like when your son shows you how hard he has worked and you just feel good for him. The freshwater supply is all cold weather proofed, which is something I hadn't thought about, and Mark showed me how he had installed a draining valve that can be used for the really cold times, just in case.
